Amber has been teaching group fitness for over 12 years! Her passion started when taking Jazzercise classes with her mother back in high school.
She is a full time corporate wellness manager. As well as works as the aerobics director at a gym and loves helping mentor new instructors!
“I try not to repeat a class, so that both the participants and our bodies don’t get bored. It is such a great feeling when you spend time to creatively design a class and then execute it and it goes great! I’d love to help others come up some great ideas they can share too!”
